DKAustralia (DKA) is a specialist Human Resource Consultancy business providing Consulting and Recruitment services on a National and International level. Our services encompass the procurement of large volumes of employees for clients specialising in the Cruise Line industry.
DKAustralia now holds the exclusive contracts for Disney and Carnival Cruise Line for the procurement of staff within Australia and New Zealand.
Australia is a very untapped candidate market for the cruise line industry. It is highly regarded within our hospitality sector to have gained cruise line experience for future opportunities within our major hotel and tourism operations and thus upon returning to Australia, candidates are very sought after.

Carnival Cruise Line
Since the inception of DKAustralia in August 2001, DKA have also been successful in partnering with Carnival Cruise Line (CCL) in the provision of Australian and New Zealand candidates across various departments. To date DKAustralia have recruited over 350 candidates for Carnival across various departments.
Our experience in volume recruitment has allowed us to develop specialised recruitment methodologies, systems and procedures to ensure both a high level of candidate attraction and the efficient and successful placement of new hires.
Disney Cruise Line
DKA Managing Director, Delinda Kalic has worked extensively with DCL since their commencement in recruiting candidates from Australia in 1999. This included the inaugural recruitment of Australians to join the Disney Magic and Disney Wonder from their maiden voyage from Venice, Italy to their home in Port Canaveral, Orlando.
DKAustralia was successful in securing the Disney contract following promotional visits and presentations to senior DCL management, March 2002.
