Junior Sous Chef
In conjunction with the Sous Chef the Junior Sous Chef controls the galley operations including production, preparation, cleaning and sanitation. Junior Sous chef also supervises the night operation and the preparation of all mise-en-place for the following day.
Large volume experience required preferrably in 4-5 star hotel/ resort or functions.
This position has the following requirements that must be met by all applicants:
- Minimum 2 years relevant experience in all positions
- Must be 21 years of age
- Must be able to read and write English.
