Assistant Food & Beverage Manager

Responsible for the day to day supervision of the restaurants, bar and galley and related activities as directed by the F&B Manager. Must have hands on current F&B Management experience in large hotel (4-5 star) or resort.

This position has the following requirements that must be met by all applicants:

  • Minimum 2 years relevant experience in all positions
  • Must be 21 years of age
  • Must be able to read and write English.
