• Proactively sell ship/island merchandise in fixed and mobile retail locations

• Clean merchandise locations • Maintain fully stocked shelves in merchandise locations

• Ensure a clean, efficient, neatly organized stock room

• Perform accurate inventory counts (mark up, mark down, etc.)

• Maintain the Crew store • Receive, log, and unload all merchandise that boards the vessel each cruise

Job Responsibilities

• Assist in the ordering of merchandise

• Assist in the achievement and maintenance of target Guest Service ratings of 72% or greater

• Support daily promotions such as purchase with purchase and special events and themed activities

• Ensure sales targets are met or exceeded

Required/Desired: Experience, Qualifications, Education, Licenses

• Minimum two years experience in retail or sales

• Ability to demonstrate a passion and strong, ongoing focus towards exceeding Guest satisfaction and sales goals in order to exceed incentive targets which impacts the individual, team and overall

• Knowledge in duty free preferred

• Experience in a cashless sales system

• Knowledge of latest trends and styles and retail as a whole

• Strong understanding of sales in a busy environment

• Keen eye for attention to detail and merchandise display

• Multi-lingual preferred

• Must be able to lift 40 lbs.
