DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Liaise with Photo Manager and /or Assistant Photo Manager for cruise and daily job schedule. 2. Report to assigned locations in correct uniform or character costume for each event. 3. Keep Photo Manager and/or Assistant Photo Manager aware of any present or foreseeable problems. 4. Shoot photographs to the required standards. 5. Process all photos taken onboard by members of the photo team and/or passengers. 6. Sell photographs and all other photo items available in the photo shops. 7. Check all items of equipment before going on any shoot, reporting any camera or equipment problems to the Photo Manager. 8. Conduct self in a professional manner at all times, and in accordance with company’s Code of Conduct. 9. Report any passenger disputes immediately to the Photo Manager. 10. After covering events, ensure equipment is properly and securely stored away. 11. Uphold and maintain by example, at all times, all aspects of the C.R.U.I.S.E. Program. 12. Perform any and all such duties as may be assigned by the Photo Manager, and/or other senior management.

BACKGROUND

Education Prefer at least a two-year college certificate in Photography and/or related field Experience Two years of experience in 35mm color photography and Digital photography, including all aspects of shooting, developing and processing, preferably on a mini-lab Should have experience with digital cameras (professional grade), studio lighting, state of the art digital photo lab equipment operation and maintenance Weddings, events & people photography experience a plus Prior employment in a high volume Mini-Lab and sales environment is a plus Graphic Design experience a plus Sales experience a plus Qualifications Must be adept at properly composing and exposing a sharply-focused photograph Strong customer service and communication skills are required Must have strong computer skills
