DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Shoot and edit ship events, tours and behind the scene elements for the Princess Reflections Souvenir video. 2. Ensure proper equipment maintenance is performed and that all equipment is stored and/or shut down properly after use. 3. Work with Sr. to ensure that final production of souvenir video is executed and that a master copy, as well as the appropriate number of tapes and DVD’s, are created for distribution. 4. Assist Sr. Videographer with shooting Weddings and Renewal of Vows when necessary. 5. Assist Sr. Videographer with proper advertising for the video, such as video patters, ads, flyers, coupons, signs, cabin drops and morning TV. 6. Be prepared to work in the Photo/Video gallery, as needed on the last day of the voyage, to help with sales and final tape distribution. May be required to work additional hours in the photo gallery, depending on itinerary (per discussion with Photo Manager and Video Operations Coordinator). 7. To uphold and maintain by example, at all times, all aspects of the C.R.U.I.S.E. Program. 8. Other duties as assigned by Senior Management.

BACKGROUND

Education

Must have a college degree or equivalent work experience in video production, film or communication studies.

 EQUIPMENT

Equipment Operation The equipment this position uses that requires some knowledge and skill for usage: Must be comfortable with digital camera operation, non-linear editing, and other software such as, Photoshop, Encore, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, Apple Motion, DVD Studio, etc.
