3rd Cook (commis)

The third cook works within the galley section assigned to assist the other chefs and cooks to produce superb meals for the shipboard guests.

It is the role of the 3rd cook to follow the daily meal plans and recipe cards to complete the work assigned by the section head.

This position has the following requirements that must be met by all applicants:

  • Min 1 years experience in a similar position
  • Must be 21 years of age
  • Must be able to read and write English.
