Restaurant Manager

 The Restaurant Manager is responsible for overseeing the day to day operations of the speciality restaurants on board as well as sections within the main dining room which can seat up to 1000 people.

 

Some restaurants are fine dining and others are more informal although in all of the dining areas there is a very high standard of service offered to the guests. If something is not on the menu but we have the ingredients....our chefs will be certain to make it for them.

This position has the following requirements that must be met by all applicants:

  • Minimum 2 years relevant experience in all positions
  • Must be 21 years of age
  • Must be able to read and write English.
