Senior Training Specialist

This Highly Visible position works collaboratively with key corporate personnel and subject matter experts to design, develop and implement training programs. these programs will address development needs of employees in such areas as supervisory development, performance management, business management and similar corporate leadership development courses.

The position will primarily act as a facilitator/trainer for various training and development courses in addition to professional and leadership training programs with an emphasis on in class training.

There will be a high level of travel within this role

This position has the following requirements that must be met by all applicants:

  • Minimum 2 years relevant experience in all positions
  • Must be 21 years of age
  • Must be able to read and write English.
