Main Duties:

Provide front desk services for all Guests

Answer main switchboard calls; appropriately route calls

Facilitate Guest requests & assist in the delivery of Guest items to staterooms

Provide Guest information and assistance as needed on Castaway Cay

Job Responsibilities

Maintain a cash float of at least $500.00 US; responsible for cash handling, currency exchange and balancing monies

Take action and follow through on all Guest issues

Responsible for computer work associated with Guest transactions

Assist in any other areas of Guest Services, as required

Average Contract Length

6 months on/2 months off

Minimum Hours Per Week

70 hours per week

Berthing

Shared 1 roommate

Travel

DCL organizes and pays for travel

Required Experience

Minimum one year front desk/guest services experience in a high volume 5 star hotel or resort (200+ rooms)

Expereicne with checking in and out procedures.

Familiarity with front office computer software and proficiency in common software such as MS Word and Excel

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Ability to work in a fast paced, multi-tasked environment

Ability to deal with difficult Guests and handle multiple situations simultaneously

Multi-lingual preferred
